Baby Boomers Bootcamp - 3.0 Clock Hours - This class will clearly show why the baby boomer client is the most important client of the future. This class will show today's agent what motivates the baby boomer and what type of housing needs they have and why. Mandatory Core Curriculum-4.0 Clock Hours- The Washington State Real Estate Commission and the Department of Licensing have adopted new rules that will require the completion of 3 clock hours of prescribed core curriculum.
